Favorites of 2014

This is a girl wearing a prom dress, and she is paralyzed from he chest down.   I like this photo because she really wanted to go to prom and isn't letting her unfortunate circumstances control her. 

This is a wedding and I really like this photo because the view is really pretty and i like how they are all dressed in white and you can see the city and ocean.

1. Favorite Music: I think the best song of 2014 was "Take Me To Church" by Hozier.  It was a little late in the year, but it was the best.  Hozier was sort of unknown and not very popular in the music industry until his recent album got introduced.  Hoziers songs hadn't ever been on the top 100 chart, an now "Take Me To Church" has reached #1 on iTunes charts. 

2.  The best movie of 2014 was the Fault in Our Stars.  This was based on a best selling book. It was inspirational as the main character has cancer. The book was a hit by itself, but the movie brought in a massive amount of gross and viewers.  It also introduced to the table a new actress, portraying Hazel. 

3. Most important news story: I think the most important news story of 2014 was Ebola.  2014 had the worst breakout of Ebola in history. Its killed more than 3,000 people in African countries and there has been a couple cases in other countries like America and Europe. There has been frenzy abou

t it mate spreading in America, but officials are sure it won't.
4. Most important person:  I think the most important person is Ellen Degeneres.  She's always been important, but especially in 2014.  She helps as many people as she can, giving to those in need and making people happier.  She's a TV host, and much more than that.  Her show has inspired many people to work harder and be better people.  She is funny, powerful, and a great person. 

5. Most important sports event: I think the most important sports event of 2014 was the FIFA world cup. It wa fun to watch, tense, and exciting as many different teams from around the world competed against each other.  In the end i was rooting for Argentina, but Germany won in the end.  This was the most important because it was a game with the whole world, different countries, all playing a game they loved, to win the title of the best soccer team in the world for that year. 

1. Over my holiday we couldn't real do anything due to an illness, but we got to spend time with family. We spent most of our break with my moms parents in Fort worth.
2.  My resolutions for 2015 is to get amazing and better grades.  Also i want to find more things to get involved with.
3.  There isn't anything i am really looking forward to in 2015, but i'll appreciate all the good things. I am looking forward to summer.
