Architecture Shoot Preview #2

Surroundings
This is a surroundings example because while the architecture of the buildings are great, the surroundings  of the building are really pretty too. The ocean adds to the effect and is pretty cool.

Angles and Shapes
The building is definitely not composed of right angles.  It has a cool curved affect,  and this is a great piece of architecture.
Patterns
This is not exactly normal as the houses are directly lined up next to each other. They are symmetrical and they have the same patterns, house after house.

Light
The light reflects off the blocks and adds shade to some areas.  This  lighting makes this architecture photo really neat and cool. It adds a cool geometric effect to the building.

Details
This is only a part of the big building, but the photographer chose this specific spot to show details of the spider and of some of the building. You can see the bricks of the building and the wrinkles on the spider.

Iphone Warmup

1.  My favorite photo from the iPhone 6 word Gallery was the photo of a dark arm on a wood table, and the camera was able to capture a little rainbow on his hand, which deeply contrasted his hand and the table, making the photo look really cool.
2. It doesn't seem as if all of these photos were taken from a phone, but apparently they were. Some of them were really good, it looked as if it had taken a really good camera and good editing skill to make it look like that.
3.  On some of the photos, apps really helped the photos in editing, but you can tell that the phone was able to get a really good shot.
4. Two tips that could help me take a photo with my phone is 1. maybe trying to get some goo macro shots because they look really good, especially on flowers, 2. finding new angles besides the regular ones. I could take some odd pots at different angles, which could really help some photos.

5 Interesting Buildings (Architecture)

The Basket Building
1. NBBJ was the architect
2. Was built in 1997
3. It is located in the Newark, United States.
4. It is public, but people work there
5. Around $30 million to build
6. This is a company, the Longaberger family, that sells home products directly.
7.  I really liked the architecture of this building.  It looks really cool, and its neat that the reason it is shaped like a basket is because Dave Longaberger made a lot of baskets.  Its a family business, and while the outside is amazing, the inside is really prettyI too.
Burj Al Arab
1. Tom Wright was the architect
2. Was built in 1999
3. It is located in united Arab Emirates
4. You can visit, it is public
5. Costed around $650 million to make
6.  This is a hotel, and attracts a lot of people.
7. I chose this building because when i first saw i though it looked like a sail on a ship.  Then i did some research, and found that was the purpose.  I also read that this is called the "only 7 star hotel," and is the third tallest hotel in the world. I like the look of it, and the beach is really pretty, adding to its affect. There is also a tennis court that overlooks the ocean, which is pretty cool.
Eden project
1. Nicholas Grimshaw was the architect
2. Was built in 2000
3. It is located in the United Kingdom
4. You can visit it because it is a real tourist  attraction
5. Costed around 140 million euros
6. This was basically made to house plants from all over the world.
7.  I chose this building because when i first saw it I thought it looked really pretty and cool.  I'm interested in the environment and science, so this really caught my attention. Its awesome that is is home to so many different plants, and the architecture of the buildings are beautiful.  I like the dome shapes, and its perfects for the purpose of the Eden Project.

6.  This has may different types of the arts and film under one rook
7. This was really cool to look at and i wanted to learn more about it, so i chose this building. When i first saw it, i though it looked like an alien or alien ship. When i did some research, i found out that it was actually called the "friendly alien." I also like it because in the middle of ordinary houses like you can see in the photo, there is this big dark and abstract building. really making it pop.
Nord LB Building
1. Behnisch Architekten
2.  Was built in 1970, but others were built after, like this one in 2002.

4.  It is open to public, you can visit it
5. I could not find any information on how much it cost to build the building
6.  This is a bank that has multiple sites, the one picture above is the head office is in Hanover, Germany
7.   What made me choose this building was definitely the amazing architecture. I like the modern look of the whole building, and how there are so many windows and glass, which i really like, as it adds to the modern feel.  The building has an odd shape because there are parts that are just sticking out, which is really cool.  I really want to visit this place, because even though banks can be boring, this looks like a fun one.
